The installer for Clublink is NOT 64-bit VISTA compatible.
Clublink can be installed and run on 32-bit VISTA if you make the following settings change.
Start | Control Panel | User Accounts | Turn User Account Control OFF

"Role Table: Cannot perform this operation on a closed dataset."
You have probably opened file tempmain.dbf and it is still open in Microsoft Excel.
Solutions: #1 Close Excel and try again #2 Restart your computer.
